§1About ccaf.ai
ccaf.ai is an independent study product providing practice-style preparation material for the Anthropic Claude Certified Architect — Foundations (CCA-F) certification. The Service is operated as an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "CCA-F", "Claude", and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to those marks on this Service are nominative and identify the certification we prepare you for.
§2Account & access
Access to mock exam content requires a paid account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are single-user: you may not share your account, sell or transfer it, or allow another person to sign in on your behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
§3License grant & restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, individual study purposes only.
All material inside the Service — including mock exam questions, answer choices, explanations, study roadmap content, readiness analytics, copy, design, code, and aggregated data — is the intellectual property of ccaf.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
§4Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Take screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of any exam page, answer-key page, or review page.
- Copy, transcribe, paraphrase, summarize, redistribute, post, or publish any question text, answer choices, explanation, or readiness analytics in any medium (including email, chat, forum, social media, blog, file share, or generative-AI prompt).
- Share your account credentials, allow another person to sign in on your account, or sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer your access.
- Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or AI agents to extract, mirror, or aggregate content from the Service.
- Use any content from the Service to train, evaluate, fine-tune, or otherwise improve a machine-learning model.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the technical controls in place (right-click blocking, print blocking, copy blocking, watermark overlay, device fingerprinting).
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights, or that infringes intellectual property of any party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
§5Watermarking, fingerprinting & enforcement
You acknowledge and agree that we apply the following technical measures to deter and detect unauthorized use:
- Exam and review pages render a low-opacity overlay containing the email address of the logged-in account.
- Each session captures a device fingerprint associated with your account for forensic purposes.
- Server logs record account activity, payment events, and exam attempts.
Leaked content can therefore be traced to the originating account. If we determine that an account has violated Section 4, we may, in our sole discretion: (a) suspend or terminate the account without refund, (b) revoke any granted access, and (c) pursue available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, for copyright infringement and breach of contract.
§6Payment, refunds & changes
The CCA-F Access Pass is a one-time payment of US$30 processed by Stripe. Pricing is exclusive of any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable.
Refund policy. Because the Service delivers substantial value immediately upon first use, refunds are available only when ALL of the following are true at the moment of the request:
- The refund is requested within 7 calendar days of your successful payment.
- You have not started any mock exam attempt. Starting a mock — even briefly — is irrevocable and exposes you to the full question bank for that mock, so the refund right is forfeited the moment your first attempt is created.
- You have not violated Section 4 (Acceptable Use).
Refunds, when granted, return the original payment to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to settle. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable in jurisdictions where Stripe does not return them. We do not issue partial refunds.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us at info@ccaf.ai will result in immediate account termination and forfeit any unused content updates.
Content updates. We may add to, modify, or improve the Service at any time. Content updates shipped during your access window are included at no additional cost.
§7No guarantee of exam outcome
The Service provides a readiness signal, not a guarantee. Passing the real CCA-F exam depends on your understanding, preparation, and Anthropic's official scoring criteria, which we do not control. You acknowledge that we cannot warrant any specific exam outcome and that achieving a passing readiness signal on our mocks does not guarantee a passing score on the official certification.
§8Authenticity of content & third-party marks
All mock exam questions on the Service are practice-style items authored from public exam objectives and general Claude architecture concepts. They are not real exam questions, leaked content, copyrighted exam items, or unauthorized exam material. Where the Service references third-party trademarks ("Anthropic", "Claude", "CCA-F", etc.), it does so for descriptive purposes only and claims no rights to those marks.
If you believe content on the Service infringes a third party's rights, contact us under Section 14.
§9Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
§10Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CCAF.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR (B) US$50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
§11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ccaf.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
§12Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@ccaf.ai.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 3 (License), 4 (Acceptable Use), 5 (Enforcement), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Liability), 11 (Indemnity), and 13 (Governing Law) — will survive.
§13Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ccaf.ai's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction at ccaf.ai's place of business, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You and ccaf.ai agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, the cause of action is permanently barred.
§14DMCA / copyright notices
If you believe material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice including (a) a physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or their agent, (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service, (d) your contact information, (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the rights-holder's behalf. Send notices to info@ccaf.ai.
§15Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and the version string above and may prompt you to re-accept on next sign-in. Continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
